Expect to pay this much for Browns-Chiefs playoff tickets - cleveland.com

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Browns defeated the Steelers in an AFC Wild Card game Sunday night with very few of their fans in the stands as Heinz Field was limited to mostly family and friends of the Steelers organization.

But there’s good news if you were hoping to cheer them on during their next postseason game in Kansas City. Just as the Chiefs did during the regular season, the team will permit as many as 16,000 fans at Arrowhead Stadium for the game on Sunday afternoon.

It’s just a matter of figuring out if you have the wherewithal to afford a ticket and deciding if it’s worth the risk of traveling to Missouri during the middle of a pandemic. If your answer to both is yes, TicketIQ says about 500 tickets are currently available on the secondary market. Prices range from $605 to $1,243 with an average price of $862. The best seating locations, however, are already sold out, according to the site.

The Browns could use as much fan support as possible. Despite beating the Steelers in convincing fashion for their first playoff win in 26 years, the team opened at 9.5-point underdogs against the defending Super Bowl champions.
