This Super Bowl Sunday came with a bout of fluffy snow that continues to fall across the state, and local forecasters are documenting how many inches each community across the Commonwealth has measured so far.
The National Weather Service released a map of the latest observed snowfall totals in Massachusetts as of 6 p.m. While most counties have seen between two and five inches, much of Worcester and Norfolk County have seen higher totals between six and 10 inches.
At one foot, Norfolk and surrounding communities have tallied the highest snow total so far. The weather service also reported 11 inches in Walpole, and nearly another 11 inches in Norwood.
Leyden has reported the lowest counts with only one inch, and Boston has seen 3.7 inches so far.
As the evening goes on, the weather service said it anticipates heavy snowfall to cloak Bristol and Plymouth Counties, along with parts of Cape Cod, at possible hourly rates of one to two inches.
