No. 1 Georgia's flurry of second-quarter touchdowns too much for Florida - The Athletic

As it turned out, who Georgia started at quarterback hardly mattered, because the defense put out the same guys. No. 1 Georgia got three touchdowns in less than three minutes late in the first half, all the result of turnovers, and cruised to a 34-7 win over arch-rival Florida.

The Gators barely avoided being shut out for the first time since 1988, getting a touchdown with 2:49 left in the game. They also won the “battle” of total yardage — 355 to 354.

Georgia's Stetson Bennett started and went the whole way at quarterback, throwing a nice touchdown pass to Kearis Jackson and also rushing for 35 yards. But his two interceptions will serve to keep questions alive on whether JT Daniels should get the job back.
